I have been working for more than 5 years in the insurance industry as a Customer Service and Agent Assistant. Customer Service is so very important. I believe in having concrete, agile and organized alternatives, On a daily basis, I strive to serve our customers top quality service with kindness and respect.
I grew up in Colombia and graduated as a nurse. I’m passionate about gardening and interior decoration. In my free time, I like to do yoga, meditate; this helps me attract my peace. I love eating Korean dumplings and spicy chips, and I could eat them all day if I could. I also enjoy working out on my spinning bicycle to balance out all those dumplings! You can find me spending time with my family in the park, beach, or at home when I’m at work.
